Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex, end-to-end implementation projects for new and expanding customers.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for customers, ensuring effective communication and smooth deployment.
- Act as a trusted advisor to government officials, guiding them through the implementation process.
- Analyze customer requirements and collaborate with teams to develop tailored solutions.
- Develop expertise in governmental processes to meet diverse customer needs.
- Collaborate with engagement teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Establish and refine best practices for data environments and customer verticals.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to inform product discussions.
- Work closely with internal departments to drive delivery efficiencies.
- Mentor and provide training to team members.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in the public sector or government technology.
- At least 4 years of experience in software implementation consulting.
- Advanced knowledge of analyzing and reporting large volumes of financial data.
- Proficiency in training customers on software solutions.
- Advanced Excel skills including functions, v-lookup, and pivot tables.
- Strong skills in conceptualization and modeling to develop efficient solutions.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to network and influence stakeholders across disciplines.
- Familiarity with SaaS solutions, APIs, or Cloud technologies.
