Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows and internal tools.
- Develop and manage LLM-based solutions tailored to operational needs.
- Collaborate with operations leads and program managers to translate business problems into AI solutions.
- Write and maintain Python scripts to extend automation capabilities.
- Prompt engineer and iterate on LLM inputs for improved output quality.
- Monitor performance of deployed tools and identify improvement opportunities.
- Utilize SQL to query and validate data for AI workflows.
- Create and maintain clear documentation for tools and workflows.
- Stay current with developments in LLM capabilities and AI tooling.
- Help build a culture of AI fluency within the organization.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with large language models.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Solid understanding of prompt engineering principles.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and webhooks.
- Ability to work with structured and unstructured data.
- Strong problem-solving instincts and a practical approach.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex ideas.
- Comfort operating with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
