Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure agentic AI workflows and AI-powered automations within customer ServiceNow environments.
- Translate customer business requirements into technical architectures and implementation plans.
- Implement NewRocket Agent Packs and AI solutions in enterprise environments.
- Build demos, prototypes, proof-of-concept implementations, scripts, microservices, automation logic, and integration services.
- Integrate ServiceNow, enterprise systems, APIs, AI platforms, AI services, and enterprise data sources.
- Support AI orchestration, LLM integrations, and agentic decision models.
- Participate in customer workshops, discovery sessions, and technical working sessions.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across AI workflows, integrations, and automation pipelines.
- Ensure deployed solutions are secure, scalable, production-ready, performant, and reliable.
- Contribute reusable assets, automation components, deployment patterns, product feedback, and platform capabilities to NewRocket’s AI intellectual property.
- Collaborate with business process consultants, product engineering, data engineers, AI/ML engineers, and AI Center of Excellence teams.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, enterprise platforms, or automation systems.
- Strong engineering foundation in full-stack development, scripting, or enterprise integrations.
- Experience with AI, LLM technologies, or AI-powered applications.
- Experience in client-facing engineering or consulting roles.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or similar scripting languages.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and business stakeholders.
- ServiceNow development or workflow automation experience is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting, APIs, platform development patterns, and data models such as CMDB, workflow/task tables, and knowledge management is preferred.
- Experience building AI prototypes, RAG systems, or agent-based workflows is preferred.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs or AI services, using vector databases, embeddings, or semantic retrieval is preferred.
- Experience contributing to internal platforms, reusable accelerators, or product capabilities is preferred.
