Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure AI workflows within client ServiceNow environments.
- Translate customer business requirements into technical architectures.
- Implement NewRocket Agent Packs and AI solutions into enterprise environments.
- Build demos and prototypes to validate AI-driven workflows.
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and AI services.
- Contribute to the development of NewRocket’s AI intellectual property.
- Participate in workshops and technical sessions with customers.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across AI workflows.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in software engineering or systems integration.
- Strong foundation in full-stack development and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with AI technologies or AI-powered applications.
- Client-facing engineering or consulting experience.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or similar languages.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
