Responsibilities
- Architect and build agentic AI systems, including intelligent agents, orchestration frameworks, and reliability guardrails, for customer support and compliance automation.
- Design foundational APIs and measurement frameworks for evaluating grounding, relevance, reliability, and hallucination reduction in AI agents.
- Lead the technical direction, architecture patterns, and strategic roadmaps for distributed systems supporting AI automation.
- Build reusable primitives and orchestration solutions that scale AI-powered automation across multiple company domains.
- Mentor engineers on AI system design, coding standards, and production-readiness practices for LLM-based applications.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated experience architecting distributed systems and shipping production AI/ML applications.
- Proven experience bringing LLM-based applications to production, measuring and improving grounding, reducing hallucinations, and building reliability guardrails.
- Deep expertise designing APIs, orchestration layers, and evaluation frameworks for agentic AI systems at scale.
- Experience in customer support automation, compliance, or financial crimes, including understanding of their reliability and correctness requirements.
- Ability to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight and deliver measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
