Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain AI agent infrastructure for high query processing.
- Tune and optimize models for improved output quality.
- Integrate various finance data sources for precise agent outputs.
- Experiment with new AI models and techniques to enhance capabilities.
- Take ownership of major components of the agent architecture.
- Establish engineering standards and best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with production-grade products.
- 2+ years of experience building AI systems or LLM applications.
- Deep experience in prompt engineering and model evaluation.
- Proficient in Python and backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Strong debugging skills across data sources and model outputs.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with product and engineering teams.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
