Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a workflow engine that transforms and routes data between internal Allianz systems and external partners.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Orchestrate and support AWS environments, including Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and network management.
- Use Dynatrace to analyze distributed systems and maintain performance and stability.
- Own operational issues and coordinate with developers and external clients to ensure seamless data transfer.
- Ensure cloud-native solutions comply with Allianz information security and compliance standards.
- Support backend microservices by troubleshooting and optimizing Java and Spring Boot applications.
Requirements
- Professional proficiency in English and German at least at B2 level.
- Strong experience with AWS services including Aurora, VPC, EC2, EKS, S3, SQS, SNS, and RDS.
- Proven experience managing cloud environments with Terraform.
- Advanced knowledge of Docker, Helm, Git, Java above version 21, Spring Boot, and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Dynatrace, ideally in an Allianz context.
- Infrastructure knowledge of OCI registries, Istio, PostgreSQL, and ServiceNow.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics and Informatics, or a related field.
- Adaptable, operations-focused approach with willingness to own application stability and lifecycle.
- Argo Workflows, AGN Ingress Weblayer, Allianz CRP 2.0 Dedicated Cluster, and machine learning knowledge are optional or advantageous.
