Responsibilities
- Research, design, implement, and manage secrets management infrastructure.
- Evaluate secrets management posture and recommend integrations aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and cybersecurity teams on secrets management requirements and compliance.
- Implement secure coding practices to mitigate hardcoded secrets.
- Establish policies for key lifecycle management, rotation, and expiration.
- Monitor and analyze key usage for continuous improvement.
- Conduct audits and vulnerability assessments related to secrets management risks.
- Design controlled-access secret sharing mechanisms.
- Provide technical support for secrets management incident response.
- Deploy and manage highly available Vault instances across hybrid and multicloud environments.
- Participate in the on-call rotation and provide engineering support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience designing and implementing secrets management solutions.
- Proficiency configuring secrets management tools such as HashiCorp Vault and CyberArk Conjur.
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices and identifying hardcoded secrets.
- Knowledge of key management principles, including rotation, expiration, and lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and industry standards.
- Experience operating in multicloud, DevOps, and CI/CD environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical details clearly.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP are preferred.
