Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise digital support platform strategy, governance, technical roadmap, and long-term automation direction.
- Establish workflow standards, automation frameworks, architecture principles, documentation practices, testing requirements, and quality controls.
- Review solution designs, set technical standards, resolve architecture decisions, and align platform capabilities with enterprise objectives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives involving requirements gathering, business process analysis, workflow design, solution optimization, and implementation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, vendor enhancements, and automation opportunities to recommend platform improvements.
- Develop governance reporting, performance measures, architecture documentation, operational standards, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, governing, and optimizing enterprise workflow automation or digital support platforms.
- Experience translating business strategies and operational requirements into scalable technical solutions and automation frameworks.
- Ability to lead complex cross-functional technical initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and influence decisions without formal authority.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, systems-thinking, technical troubleshooting, communication, and prioritization skills.
- Preferred experience includes 5–7 years supporting enterprise digital platforms, workflow automation, client engagement technologies, or conversational AI solutions.
- Preferred experience includes Fin or Intercom, REST APIs, integrations, webhooks, middleware, automation governance, emerging technology evaluation, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Preferred certifications may include Intercom, cloud platform, AI, automation platform, Agile, or other relevant technical credentials.
