Base Salary
$145k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve Abridge’s cross-product integration strategy in Epic and other EHRs.
- Guide the design of end-to-end workflows into and out of EHR systems.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex EHR workflow questions.
- Evaluate EHR APIs and integration mechanisms for feasibility and constraints.
- Track EHR platform changes to maintain clarity on technical opportunities.
- Act as a connective tissue across various teams to ensure scalable integration decisions.
- Improve velocity and consistency across fragmented integration workstreams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with EHR ecosystems in integrations or workflows.
- Strong understanding of EHR workflows, interoperability patterns, and APIs.
- Ability to influence without direct authority in cross-functional teams.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity across multiple parallel workstreams.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical considerations.
- Highly organized and proactive in enabling speed and quality.
