Base Salary

$157k - $209k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and team leadership for Salesforce development within a scrum team.
  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud and Digital Marketing solutions.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning UI, Aura, LWC, Visualforce, JavaScript, XML, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
  • Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems and portals using standard connectors and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Ensure performance, usability, quality, security, interoperability, scalability, and adherence to project standards.
  • Lead deployment activities and maintain high software-quality practices within the team.
  • Mentor junior developers and identify opportunities for team growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, Scrum Masters, partner teams, end users, and internal customers.
  • Support development, debugging, testing, solution reviews, and platform modernization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Seven years of experience as a Salesforce Software Engineer or in a related occupation.
  • Experience with Salesforce architecture, security configuration, sharing rules, and user management.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration and code, including Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, JavaScript, XML, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience designing Salesforce integrations with external systems and portals using standard connectors or REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce Community portals and declarative customization, including Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Workflow rules, Reports, and Dashboards.
  • Experience with Salesforce deployment processes and tools.
  • Salesforce Admin, Platform Developer I or II, and/or other Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience with Agile-based project methodologies and tools.
