Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Integrate AI-driven agents into software workflows to automate and optimize business processes.
- Maintain and improve existing software for performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into technical solutions.
- Debug, test, and refine software to meet quality and performance standards.
- Document development processes and code changes.
- Participate in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Guide and support junior team members.
- Work independently and develop subject matter expertise.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software components aligned with business objectives.
- Familiarity with modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Experience debugging, testing, and refining software.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and align technical solutions with organizational goals.
- 15 years of full-time education.
