Responsibilities
- Design and develop production-ready GenAI and agentic AI solutions for SAP and enterprise use cases.
- Build RAG applications using SAP data, technical documentation, and knowledge repositories.
- Create AI accelerators for SAP code analysis, modernization, test generation, data mapping, impact analysis, and knowledge assistance.
- Integrate LLM solutions with SAP applications, APIs, services, and enterprise data sources.
- Develop graph-based memory, tool-using agents, and context-aware AI components for multi-agent workflows.
- Write reusable Python services and APIs for scalable AI delivery.
- Apply Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock to enterprise AI solutions.
- Translate SAP functional and technical requirements into AI engineering solutions for finance and ERP transformation.
- Implement evaluation methods for accuracy, relevance, groundedness, hallucination mitigation, performance, and reliability.
- Apply version control, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, security, and maintainability practices.
- Mentor junior team members, manage assigned workstreams, analyze complex problems, and build client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 4 to 5 years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- One or more relevant SAP certifications are preferred, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials.
- Experience delivering SAP GenAI solutions across enterprise transformation workstreams is preferred.
- Experience building agentic AI and RAG solutions using Python and LLM frameworks is preferred.
- Experience integrating AI services with SAP applications, APIs, and enterprise data sources is preferred.
- Experience with production monitoring, evaluation, and observability practices for AI solutions is preferred.
- Experience mentoring junior team members and navigating client delivery ambiguity is preferred.
