Deloitte AdvisoryResponsibilities
- Design, build, test, and ship Salesforce Sales Cloud features for the Lead-to-Delivery sales cycle.
- Develop complex Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL solutions, and reusable sales analytics and workflow components.
- Build and optimize REST, SOAP, Bulk API, event, middleware, corporate application, and custom microservice integrations.
- Optimize Salesforce code and integrations for large data volumes and refactor legacy Apex and automation for reliability and scale.
- Perform root cause analysis for high-impact sales system issues.
- Create data models, sequence diagrams, integration specifications, and other technical design documentation.
- Collaborate with product managers and architects on roadmaps and platform improvements.
- Support and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Sales Cloud deployments using Copado and Jenkins.
- Mentor developers on Sales Cloud patterns and engineering excellence.
- Translate business outcomes into technical direction and communicate tradeoffs and expectations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7–9 years of professional experience.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Hands-on experience designing, developing, and managing SOAP, REST, and Bulk API integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, capabilities, and constraints.
- Experience with scalable Salesforce data models, security models, and complex technical solutions for Sales and Sales Operations.
- Experience with middleware products for integration.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and tools, including Copado and Jenkins, and experience designing or optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Salesforce PD1 certification is desired.
- Experience working in Scrum/Agile development environments.
- Strong stakeholder communication, analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle ambiguity and escalations.
