Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable opportunities for AI agents.
- Define success criteria and build, deploy, and optimize production-ready AI agents for enterprise customers.
- Lead proof-of-concept development and transition agents from pilot to production.
- Architect and implement custom AI agent solutions for customer workflows.
- Provide hands-on implementation support using Python, SQL, and AWS infrastructure.
- Develop example agents and maintain solution designs, integration guides, technical documentation, and deployment runbooks.
- Troubleshoot integration, performance, and other technical issues across the AI agent stack.
- Act as Technical Account Manager for assigned customers and build relationships with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering to provide customer feedback and drive product improvements.
- Conduct technical workshops, training sessions, demonstrations, and integration consultations.
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of experience, ideally in consulting, systems integration, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Proven experience working with multiple enterprise customers and delivering successful technical implementations.
- Experience deploying production software solutions in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of AI agents, LLMs, LangChain, CrewAI, n8n, RAG architectures, and agentic application patterns.
- Ability to build and deploy Python applications quickly.
- Excellent working knowledge of VSCode and/or Cursor.
- Strong working knowledge of AWS services and deployment.
- SQL expertise and experience with database integration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with API integrations and software development principles.
- Understanding of natural language processing, machine learning, and automation concepts.
- Preferred experience with conversational AI platforms, business workflow automation, Technical Account Management, Forward Deployed Engineering, and the broader agentic AI ecosystem.
- Strong customer focus, technical problem-solving ability, communication skills, consultative approach, adaptability, and ability to manage complex projects.
