Responsibilities
- Deploy production-ready AI agents that address real business problems.
- Lead proof of concept development and transition agents from pilot to production.
- Provide hands-on technical implementation support, including Python development and AWS infrastructure.
- Act as the Technical Account Manager for assigned customers, ensuring ongoing success.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on AI agent platforms and emerging technologies.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions and integrations.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Proven track record of successful technical implementations for enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of AI agents, LLMs, and related technologies.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with AWS services.
- SQL expertise and experience with database integration.
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with technical teams and executives.
