Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, test, and maintain mainframe applications supporting core banking operations.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into mainframe solutions.
- Develop and support batch processing jobs using COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and related mainframe technologies.
- Debug code, troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and provide production support.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, testers, and stakeholders on system enhancements.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, SIT/UAT support, and deployment activities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Mainframe application development experience using COBOL, JCL, VSAM, mainframe utilities, and batch processing environments.
- Strong experience with core banking applications, including deposits, loans, customer and account management, general ledger, or tax systems.
- Experience with Endevor or equivalent version control tools, Xpediter or equivalent debugging tools, and Easytrieve or similar reporting/query tools.
- Knowledge of CICS and IMS is preferred.
- Ability to analyze requirements, develop enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and support testing and production deployments in a banking environment.
- Experience with the FIS Systematics Core Banking Platform is highly preferred.
