Responsibilities
- Design and build Flutter/Dart features while maintaining SIP/VoIP clients, audio handling, and CallKit/ConnectionService integrations in Kotlin and Swift.
- Own features end-to-end using feature-first clean architecture, Bloc/Cubit state management, repositories, immutable state, and extensive unit testing.
- Work in a melos-managed monorepo with more than 100 internal packages, code generation, dependency hierarchy, and a shared design system.
- Monitor releases with Crashlytics and analytics pipelines, investigate call-quality and stability issues, and optimize performance.
- Contribute to mobile platform architecture, package design, technical strategy, and legacy-pattern migrations.
- Improve GitHub Actions automation, store and TestFlight releases, diff-coverage gates, and code-quality tooling.
- Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, QA, and designers in a cross-functional product team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building large-scale mobile applications, including at least 3 years with Flutter.
- Strong Flutter and Dart proficiency, including Bloc/Cubit or comparable state management, asynchronous programming, isolates, code generation, and dependency injection.
- Hands-on Kotlin/Android and/or Swift/iOS development and Flutter platform-channel integration experience.
- Understanding of mobile architecture, clean architecture, modularization, performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Experience with unit and bloc testing, mocked collaborators, deterministic tests, and coverage gates.
- Experience across the mobile application lifecycle, including Git, CI/CD pipelines, code signing, deployment automation, and post-release monitoring.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
- Preferred: experience with VoIP, SIP, WebRTC, CallKit, Telecom framework, push-triggered call handling, and audio session management.
- Preferred: experience with large monorepos and tools such as melos or Mason.
- Preferred: knowledge of backend, infrastructure, observability, telecom, fintech, or regulated consumer products.
