Responsibilities
- Build and improve delivery and order flows in React Native applications from problem definition through production and measurement.
- Run experiments on high-traffic, revenue-critical experiences and use results to guide product decisions.
- Design and develop scalable solutions while continuously improving code, systems, and processes.
- Support teammates through workshops, pair programming, and code reviews.
- Operate production systems by instrumenting, monitoring, and improving them.
- Own customer-facing quality metrics including delivery accuracy, crash-free sessions, and performance.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of hands-on React Native experience.
- A minimum of five years of experience working with mobile or web technologies.
- Working knowledge of native iOS development, including Swift or Objective-C, Xcode, CocoaPods, or SPM, is preferred.
- Experience building component-based architectures and integrating frontend and backend services.
- Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and unit, integration, and end-to-end testing practices.
- Hands-on daily experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot, beyond casual experimentation.
- Strong mobile engineering expertise across app release cycles, test automation, on-device performance, and platform UX conventions.
- Strong collaboration, ownership, product sense, and data-informed decision-making skills.
