[WCF] Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter)

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to implement features and improve app functionality.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with Flutter trends, tools, and best practices.
- Break complex technical requirements into smaller deliverable tasks and identify details that can be deferred.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mobile App Developer focused on Flutter.
- Strong understanding of Dart.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of modern application architecture.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with Scrum methodology.
- Experience with fintech applications is a plus.
- Experience building native bridges for iOS and Android using Swift and Kotlin is an additional advantage.
- Familiarity with Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod state management solutions is an additional advantage.
