Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications and components for macOS.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of a modern authentication platform.
- Develop and integrate authentication, identity, and API-based capabilities.
- Implement Apple security best practices for macOS applications.
- Troubleshoot application, authentication, API, and macOS-related issues.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, identity, and architecture teams.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve coding, testing, debugging, and engineering productivity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Swift and Xcode.
- Experience developing applications for macOS and/or iOS.
- Strong understanding of SwiftUI, AppKit, and/or UIKit.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and backend services.
- Knowledge of SSO, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, and MFA.
- Understanding of Apple security concepts including Keychain, certificates, permissions, code signing, entitlements, and secure credential management.
- Experience with Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English communication skills are required.
- Preferred: experience with LocalAuthentication, Security.framework, CryptoKit, Jamf, Microsoft Intune, Apple Platform SSO, Passkeys/WebAuthn, PKI, certificate-based authentication, Python, Bash, or Zsh scripting.
