Responsibilities
- Partner with Account teams and Practice Customer Engineers during technical evaluations to assess feasibility and shape proposals for long-term adoption.
- Validate Forward Deployed Engineering engagement requests and steer implementation strategy through technical authority and architectural foresight.
- Diagnose and resolve complex customer implementation issues using code-level context, including identifying product bugs and testing workarounds.
- Architect integrations with customer IT ecosystems involving connectors, identity, data residency, and legal constraints.
- Liaise with Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot deployment blockers and translate field feedback into feature requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Experience with technical delivery strategies and interfacing with Product or Engineering organizations.
- Experience with system design or orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML model deployments.
- Preferred: experience interfacing directly with core Product or Engineering organizations on infrastructure or AI/ML model deployments, managing technical delivery strategies, and debugging systems.
