Base Salary
$140k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical roadblocks during customer implementations.
- Partner with Launch Managers, Product, and Engineering to scope technical requirements.
- Support pre-sales by participating in technical discovery and delivering tailored demos.
- Build and maintain internal documentation on integration patterns and product workflows.
- Develop repeatable approaches for common technical challenges.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years in a customer-facing Solutions Engineer or technical implementation role.
- Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across technical workflows and configurations.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with construction industry software or ERP integrations is a plus.
