Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own strategic customer engagements end-to-end.
- Lead consultative conversations to clarify business objectives.
- Serve as the owner for key technical phases of the customer journey.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and maintain project visibility.
- Anticipate risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Become a deep expert in the Klaviyo platform and martech ecosystem.
- Translate customer business goals into actionable technical solutions.
- Contribute to internal initiatives for process improvements.
- Maintain operational hygiene by updating project tools and systems.
- Demonstrate executive presence and articulate solution tradeoffs.
Requirements
- 4+ years in SaaS Professional Services or similar customer-facing technical roles.
- Proven success in leading enterprise-level projects.
- Hands-on experience with modern web development languages and programming.
- Strong understanding of the martech landscape and technologies.
- Demonstrated executive presence and ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills across various channels.
- Proactive problem-solver with a resourceful approach.
