Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and support scalable .NET applications, APIs, and integration services for the StreamOne Platform.
- Build enterprise solutions using .NET, Azure, SQL Server, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Review applications and recommend architectural, performance, scalability, security, and reliability improvements.
- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture decisions.
- Develop proof-of-concepts and technical spikes for new technologies and frameworks.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, security practices, and software quality standards.
- Support DevOps, CI/CD, production deployments, observability, and operational excellence.
- Participate in SAFe/Scrum ceremonies, release planning, and delivery commitments.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership and development best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of software development experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on C#/.NET development experience.
- At least 3 years of experience developing RESTful APIs and web services.
- Strong experience with .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, ADO.NET, SQL Server, NoSQL databases, Azure Cloud Services, Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience with authentication and authorization technologies including OAuth, OpenID Connect, JWT, and SAML.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Preferred experience with Azure Functions, Service Bus, Data Factory, Application Insights, Docker, Kubernetes, Domain-Driven Design, Event-Driven Architecture, Test-Driven Development, automated testing frameworks, and Angular or similar SPA frameworks.
- Azure certifications, including Developer, Architect, or AI certifications, are desirable.
- Previous experience leading small development teams or serving as a Technical Lead is desirable.
- Strong software design, architecture, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, mentoring, and analytical skills.
