Responsibilities

Provide consultations in software engineering and act as a trusted technical advisor.
Design software development lifecycle processes and recommend decisions.
Review end-to-end software solution architecture for complex projects.
Own and evolve the engineering vision across the software factory.
Define architecture standards, reference architectures, and best practices.
Ensure consistency and alignment of architectures across the enterprise.
Mentor senior engineers, development leads, technical leaders, and architects.
Evaluate technical risk and make high-impact architectural decisions.
Define and communicate architecture vision and technical strategies.
Model systems using ArchiMate notation.

At least 8 years of relevant IT professional experience.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Level 7 master's degree or equivalent in an ICT-relevant field.
At least two listed certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, or Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) or an equivalent internationally recognized certification.
Minimum English proficiency of B2.
Knowledge of software architecture design for complex, distributed systems.
Proven experience designing enterprise-scale and cloud-native architectures.
Hands-on backend and/or frontend development experience, such as .NET or JavaScript/TypeScript.
Strong DevSecOps knowledge, including CI/CD strategy, platform design, containers, orchestration, and platform engineering concepts.
Recognized technical leadership experience and the ability to influence teams without direct authority.
Strong communication, documentation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Strong understanding of architecture styles and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure services.
EU Restricted security clearance required from the first day of collaboration.
