Base Salary
$186k - $219k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex token and wrapped asset initiatives.
- Build and operate Go services and smart contracts for asset management.
- Drive improvements to the asset transformation and migration pipeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance on-chain innovation.
- Lead on-call ownership for team services and improve operational reliability.
- Onboard and coach junior engineers while contributing to design reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with proficiency in a backend language, preferably Go.
- Hands-on blockchain experience, including smart contract development and on-chain integrations.
- Experience with distributed systems patterns, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Proven track record of owning complex projects in fast-moving environments.
- Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly to improve workflow efficiency.
