Base Salary
$186k - $219k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of token and wrapped-asset initiatives from smart contract deployment through API design, SLOs, and production rollout across multiple chains.
- Build and operate Go services and smart contracts for minting, burning, bridging, and reconciling wrapped assets across on-chain and off-chain systems.
- Improve the asset transformation and migration pipeline for faster and safer token launches, upgrades, and migrations at scale.
- Partner with Trading, Custody, USDC, Compliance, and the broader crypto stack on customer- and revenue-impacting initiatives.
- Lead on-call ownership for team services and improve observability, runbooks, and reliability for Tier-0 systems.
- Onboard and coach junior engineers, participate in design reviews, and establish engineering patterns that raise technical quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience and proficiency in at least one backend language, with Go preferred.
- Experience designing, building, and operating production backend services at scale.
- Hands-on blockchain experience through smart contract development with Solidity/EVM, onchain integrations, or services that transact onchain.
- Experience with distributed-systems patterns including APIs, event-driven architectures, data reconciliation, and on-call ownership.
- Ability to independently own complex projects in fast-moving, multi-chain or multi-system environments.
- Ability to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight to produce business-ready outputs and improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
