Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and architecture for the Commerce Platform, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define the platform's technical roadmap.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of complex projects from requirements gathering to post-launch iteration.
- Mentor engineers through design and code reviews, fostering a culture of craftsmanship.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance engineering velocity and establish best practices.
- Work with marketing and business teams to improve the self-serve system for managing products and promotions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- Deep experience in building large-scale backend platform systems, particularly in commerce and subscription management.
- Proven track record of owning multi-quarter projects with measurable customer impact.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, API design, and service reliability practices.
- Ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives and influence stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring engineers to maximize their performance.
