Responsibilities
- Develop foundational full-stack engineering and software development skills.
- Participate in group projects aligned with LSEG goals.
- Complete engineering bootcamp, induction, skills development, and technical learning activities.
- Explore different technology divisions and contribute to work supporting LSEG and its financial-markets clients.
- Collaborate with peers, departments, and the early-careers community.
- Complete technical and coding assessments, an immersive online assessment, video interview, and virtual assessment centre during recruitment.
Requirements
- Be a final-year undergraduate or Master’s student in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, completing course requirements before August/September 2027, or be a fresh graduate from the class of 2026.
- Have an interest in full-stack development and familiarity with at least one of C#, JavaScript, Node.js, .NET, or Python.
- Demonstrate genuine interest in technology through studies, extracurricular activities, work experience, internships, university projects, or personal projects.
- Demonstrate interest in financial markets through studies, work experience, or extracurricular activities.
- Show curiosity about data, analytical ability, strategic thinking, focus, resilience, adaptability, and collaboration skills.
- Candidates with physics, engineering, or electronic degrees may apply if they can demonstrate an interest in technology.
- Have the right to work in Romania without restrictions.
