Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and improve AI-enabled full-stack applications.
- Work with business professionals, customers, and end users to understand workflows, requirements, and opportunities for improvement.
- Determine when generative AI, LLMs, agents, retrieval, and AI-enabled workflows provide meaningful value versus when traditional software is more appropriate.
- Develop maintainable, dependable code and contribute across the full delivery lifecycle.
- Consider users, data, integrations, business rules, human oversight, and failure scenarios in enterprise solution design.
- Iterate on deployed applications using user feedback, performance, reliability, and adoption results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and participate in client-facing technical conversations.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools while validating and maintaining understanding of the generated code.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Suitable for recent graduates and candidates with approximately 0–3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong software engineering foundation demonstrated through professional work, internships, university or personal projects, open-source contributions, hackathons, or equivalent technical experience.
- Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language such as Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Experience building full-stack applications through professional, internship, academic, or independent development.
- Understanding of APIs, databases, Git, testing, debugging, and application architecture.
- Familiarity with frontend and backend development using technologies such as React, Node/TypeScript, Python/FastAPI, or similar.
- Conceptual understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP; deployment experience is beneficial but not required.
- Interest in and hands-on exploration of generative AI, large language models, or agentic systems.
- Exposure to LLM APIs, agentic workflows, retrieval, vector databases, or agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex and the ability to validate and understand AI-generated code.
- Ability to explain technical decisions, trade-offs, and personal contributions in detail.
