Responsibilities
- Implement and enhance technology solutions across the software development lifecycle.
- Translate requirements into technical designs, UI layouts, application code, and functioning components.
- Design and lead complex software solutions aligned with business goals.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, defect analysis, remediation, and enforcement of code standards.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and user experience.
- Provide technical on-call escalation, peer coaching, technical supervision, and cross-team collaboration.
- Develop and maintain multiple applications using at least two programming languages.
- Support initiatives involving GitHub, Copilot, AWS migration, Salesforce DevOps, and release management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 5–8 years of related experience across full-stack, frontend, backend, and UI/UX software development.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Account Engagement, Data Cloud, and core Salesforce CRM capabilities.
- Expertise in Salesforce administration and configuration, including users, SSO, profiles, permission sets, OWD, roles, sharing rules, objects, fields, record types, and page layouts.
- Proficiency with Salesforce validation rules, flows, approval processes, and process automation.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and Aura.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns involving REST APIs, Bulk API, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Event Monitoring, and External Services.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps and release management using Git, Gearset, VS Code, Agentforce Dev Tool, and Salesforce CLI.
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications are required.
- Ability to work autonomously, provide technical guidance to peers, and demonstrate financial services and marketing domain knowledge.
