Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance applications across the full software development lifecycle.
- Translate requirements into technical designs, application code, UI layouts, and functioning components.
- Design and lead complex software solutions aligned with business goals.
- Create unit tests, conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and remediate defects.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and user experience.
- Provide technical on-call escalation and guidance to developers.
- Lead UI/UX enhancements using user feedback and collaboration with design and development teams.
- Mentor Associate Software Engineers and Software Engineers and provide peer coaching.
- Maintain or develop at least three applications using multiple programming languages.
- Provide technical supervision to peers and support team initiatives involving GitHub, Copilot, or AWS migration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 5–8 years of related work experience in full-stack, frontend, backend, and UI/UX software development.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Account Engagement, Data Cloud, and core Salesforce CRM capabilities.
- Expertise in Salesforce administration and configuration, including users, SSO, profiles, permission sets, OWD, roles, sharing rules, objects, fields, record types, and page layouts.
- Proficiency with Salesforce validation rules, flows, approval processes, and process automation.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and Aura.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, REST APIs, Bulk API, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Event Monitoring, and External Services.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps and release management using Git, Gearset, Visual Studio Code, Agentforce Dev Tool, and Salesforce CLI.
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications are required.
- Ability to work autonomously, provide technical supervision, demonstrate financial services and marketing domain knowledge, and collaborate effectively across teams.
