Responsibilities
- Lead requirements analysis and translate business, customer, system, and network-element needs into scalable software architectures.
- Define EMS component designs, APIs, interfaces, microservices, data flows, containerized deployments, and Kubernetes/OpenShift architectures.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership through development, prototyping, code and design reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and root-cause analysis.
- Build and enhance multi-agent pipelines and agent harnesses with orchestration, planning, tools, memory, validation, observability, recovery, and human approval gates.
- Drive AI-enabled SDLC adoption across requirements, design, coding, testing, troubleshooting, defect correction, documentation, and delivery.
- Lead technology modernization, promote Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, OpenShift, automated testing, and CI/CD, and mentor engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's engineering degree and 10+ years of experience in software architecture, requirements analysis, design, development, and troubleshooting of large-scale distributed systems.
- Expertise in Java, Python, Kubernetes, APIs, CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud-native architecture.
- Hands-on experience building multi-agent solutions, agent squads or swarms, and orchestrated pipelines with planning, feedback, validation, and execution controls.
- Experience with agent harness engineering, including context management, tool integration, memory, planning, reviewer patterns, observability, error handling, validation, and human-in-the-loop mechanisms.
- Experience integrating agentic workflows with source repositories, issue trackers, code reviews, build pipelines, test environments, knowledge bases, and engineering tools.
- Preferred experience includes telecommunications OSS/EMS/NMS, OpenShift, Kafka, Helm, Kubernetes Operators, RAG workflows, specification-driven development, automated defect triage, code migration, and lab-integrated testing.
- Preferred knowledge includes responsible AI practices covering security, data protection, human oversight, output validation, auditability, quality controls, and safe deployment of agentic systems.
