Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the technical architecture, design, and delivery of AEM-based digital experience solutions.
- Architect and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Manager, AEM Edge Delivery Services, Next.js, Node.js, and JavaScript.
- Develop and support AEM backend templates, components, workflows, services, Sling Models, OSGi configurations, and integrations.
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance to development teams, including code reviews and architecture standards enforcement.
- Troubleshoot complex AEM, backend, frontend delivery, performance, and deployment issues.
- Lead technical discussions with clients and stakeholders and recommend platform strategies and implementation approaches.
- Support integrations between AEM, external systems, APIs, middleware, and enterprise platforms.
- Create technical documentation, solution design documents, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager as a developer, technical lead, or architect.
- Deep AEM backend development experience with Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, workflows, and custom services.
- Experience with AEM Edge Delivery Services and enterprise-grade AEM solutions.
- Strong experience with Next.js, Node.js, JavaScript, modern web architecture, component-based development, API integrations, and performance optimization.
- Ability to lead technical design discussions and provide hands-on technical guidance to development teams.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and communicating directly with client stakeholders.
- Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service, Adobe Experience Cloud products and integrations, headless or hybrid AEM implementations, and large enterprise or high-traffic digital platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with Git, Maven, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment models, and modern DevOps practices is preferred.
- Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience is preferred.
