Base Salary
$118k - $152k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions using Apex classes and triggers, flows, Lightning Pages, and Lightning Web Components.
- Update Salesforce data models, manage data integrity, and integrate Salesforce with other business systems.
- Collaborate with administrators, developers, analysts, scrum masters, business partners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and prototypes.
- Lead technical development practices, mentor development teams, and maintain Salesforce architecture, documentation, best practices, and application lifecycle management.
- Address security and performance issues, prepare releases, and move code across environments using deployment tools.
- Write and maintain test classes and provide ongoing troubleshooting, maintenance, and rotating nighttime and weekend on-call support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or 6–8 years of additional relevant experience.
- At least 4 years of Salesforce Field Service product knowledge and Salesforce development experience.
- Required Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Preferred certifications include Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Platform Developer II, and JavaScript Developer I.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Field Service Lightning architecture, customization, integration techniques, security, scalability, and platform limits.
