Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable enterprise applications using .NET and .NET Framework.
- Build responsive and accessible user interfaces using React.js.
- Optimize application performance through profiling, refactoring, caching, and concurrency strategies.
- Translate functional and nonfunctional requirements into technical designs with cross-functional partners.
- Maintain code quality through unit testing, integration testing, peer reviews, and documentation.
- Integrate applications with secure APIs and services while applying compliance controls and secure coding practices.
- Provide technical estimates and support planning activities.
- Troubleshoot production defects, perform incident analysis, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to improve build and deployment pipelines.
- Document system architecture, integration contracts, and data flows.
- Embed governance, risk, and compliance requirements into technical solutions.
- Communicate design decisions, priorities, and delivery expectations in written and spoken English.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on expertise with .NET and .NET Framework, including object-oriented design patterns, asynchronous programming, and enterprise integration.
- Strong proficiency with React.js and modern front-end practices including component-based architecture, state management, and responsive design.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, clean code, modular design, testing strategies, and version control.
- Experience collaborating in hybrid environments and day-shift schedules.
- Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance concepts is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and distributed-systems troubleshooting skills.
- Clear English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Microsoft Certified Azure Developer Associate or an equivalent .NET-focused credential is preferred.
