Responsibilities
- Define requirements and design applications that support business processes.
- Design and implement complex Workday Financial Integration solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and multiple teams to translate needs into functional designs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, manage team execution, and make team decisions.
- Lead application design discussions and conduct regular design quality reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in application design.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Workday Financial Integration.
- Mandatory Workday-related certification for the primary skill.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong understanding of integration principles and methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing complex integration solutions.
- Knowledge of Workday Studio and EIBs for data integration.
