Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of fine-tuning strategies for large language models.
- Apply instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation techniques to improve model relevance and performance.
- Analyze and interpret model outputs to guide iterative improvements.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align model capabilities with project goals.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions across team boundaries.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to team and cross-team decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and support their growth and integration.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working with large language models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of instruction fine-tuning techniques and domain adaptation methodologies.
- Experience with natural language processing frameworks and tools relevant to large-scale model training.
- Ability to analyze and interpret model outputs.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing and augmentation strategies.
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate model solutions effectively.
- 15 years of full-time education.
