Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture and development of generative and optimization models for process simulation, scheduling, and predictive analytics in manufacturing.
  • Orchestrate synthetic-data generation, model training, validation, and deployment pipelines.
  • Implement multi-objective, nonlinear, evolutionary, and constraint-based optimization for scheduling, logistics, yield prediction, and process efficiency.
  • Integrate embedded AI and generative AI solutions with real-time industrial data streams for high-throughput, highly available, low-latency deployment.
  • Mentor teams on coding practices, simulation modeling, and industrial AI deployment workflows.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with generative AI models and hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock and AWS AI/ML services.
  • Proficiency building and managing agentic AI systems using LangChain, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
  • Expertise in cloud-native architecture, LLMOps, and MLOps tools.
  • Familiarity with security, cost, and governance practices for generative AI in cloud environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, mathematics, or a related field with quantitative coursework and 7–10 years of relevant experience; alternatively, a master’s degree with 4–6 years or a PhD with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include leadership deploying ML pipelines and automation at scale, quantization-aware training, model pruning, NVIDIA deployment tools, OpenUSD and Omniverse development, published research or open-source contributions, and applied industrial AI expertise.
