Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models and GenAI solutions.
- Architect data pipelines, feature stores, and model-serving infrastructure on Databricks, Azure, and Lakehouse architectures.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies, LLM feedback loops, and reusable Knowledge Artifacts from normalized LLM interactions.
- Implement RAG pipelines involving document parsing, chunking, vectorization, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Design agentic workflows for autonomous task orchestration and multi-step reasoning with constraints, policies, and fallback paths.
- Support ontology and taxonomy governance and versioning.
- Define KPIs, success metrics, and business impact measurements with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Mentor junior and intermediate engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish ML engineering best practices.
- Present technical findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, production-grade AI/ML solutions.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or a related role, including ownership of production ML systems.
- Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and statistical modeling.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Apache Spark, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with MLflow, CI/CD for ML, automated retraining, monitoring, and drift detection.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and Lakehouse architectures such as Databricks.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate results to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Preferred experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, GenAI application development, vector databases, embedding models, semantic search, agentic AI workflows, and multi-LLM orchestration.
- Preferred domain experience in semiconductor manufacturing, NAND Flash, or related hardware and electronics industries.
- Cloud Architecture certification in Azure, AWS, or GCP is preferred.
