Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered features and services using LLMs, prompting, function/tool calling, RAG, and agentic orchestration.
- Develop production-quality backend and integration code in C# and .NET.
- Write and maintain unit, integration, end-to-end, and automated test suites for AI-driven features.
- Deploy, monitor, support, and troubleshoot applications through CI/CD pipelines in production.
- Integrate with internal and third-party systems using REST/JSON APIs, MCP servers, and the iPaaS layer.
- Implement evaluation, guardrails, logging, and observability for reliable and safe AI applications.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, product owners, platform teams, and business stakeholders on technical designs and code reviews.
- Create technical documentation and runbooks for team support and handoff.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of professional software development experience building and shipping production applications.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET, with solid REST/JSON API design skills.
- Hands-on experience building applications integrating LLMs through prompting, function/tool calling, RAG, and orchestration frameworks such as MCP.
- Practical experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end automated testing.
- Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud application deployment and operations.
- Working experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design and efficient queries; MongoDB is an example.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Git, and observability or monitoring practices.
- Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into tested, deployable solutions and explain technical trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Preferred experience with MCP, LangChain, LangGraph, Azure AI Foundry, Anthropic Claude, Claude Code, Claude Agent SDK, Pinecone, Weaviate, Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes Service, Salesforce, Snowflake, Oracle EBS, or security, SaaS, or B2B technology sectors.
