Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and operate scalable software solutions across the full development lifecycle.
- Build fault-tolerant, highly available distributed services supporting large-scale customers and process automation.
- Drive architectural and design decisions, develop new features, and devise efficient algorithms.
- Collaborate with SDMs, TPMs, and senior software engineers on the technical direction of the automation delivery team.
- Guide and support junior engineers while promoting best practices in design, coding, testability, and security.
- Improve customer experience by automating repetitive business processes and addressing scalability challenges.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience with software design or architecture, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling of new and existing systems.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
