Responsibilities
- Design and architect enterprise Agentic AI and Conversational AI solutions.
- Build AI agents with orchestration, tool integrations, decision-making workflows, and human-in-the-loop escalation.
- Develop and optimize LLM-powered applications using RAG, retrieval systems, and knowledge bases.
- Lead engineering design, architecture reviews, and technical delivery across AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and secure AI solutions.
- Define best practices for AI governance, evaluation, observability, and responsible AI.
Requirements
- Experience designing and building AI, Agentic AI, or Conversational AI applications.
- Strong experience with intent classification, NLU, agent orchestration, workflow automation, API and tool integrations, human escalation workflows, and enterprise application architecture.
- Strong software engineering, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Hands-on experience with modern software development and cloud-native architectures.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365 Contact Center, conversational AI, intent modeling, LLM and generative AI application development, voice bots, IVR, PSTN integrations, agent testing, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, responsible AI, Azure AI Services, Power Platform, Dataverse, and contact center routing.
- Preferred background as a Principal Engineer, Staff Engineer, AI Architect, Solution Architect, or Lead AI Engineer.
- Experience delivering production-grade AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Copilot, LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI frameworks.
- Strong software engineering background with enterprise-scale systems.
