Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Integrate the LIGER platform into customers’ existing business processes and build customer-specific features and enhancements.
- Deploy and initially configure LIGER, provide customer support for 60–180 days post-sale, and transition deployments to long-term project teams.
- Conduct proof-of-concept demonstrations and provide technical consulting, guidance, and deployment support.
- Rapidly develop features into or around the core platform and collaborate with the product team on product integration.
- Document customer requirements and feedback, troubleshoot deployment issues, and support continuous product improvement.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and support teams while engaging customers in person, remotely, or in hybrid settings.
- Travel occasionally to customer locations across the United States.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance; only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and extensive experience with PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, and related AI technologies applied to real-world problems.
- Experience with the MEAN Stack, TypeScript full-stack development, and Angular web applications.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker, GitLab pipelines, cloud deployment models, AWS GovCloud, and federal or DoD environments.
- Ability to integrate software with existing business processes and interact effectively with APIs.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and security principles, plus strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Preferred qualifications include a Top Secret clearance, federal sales engineering experience, Kubernetes and container orchestration experience, MCP Server and MCP tool development, Unix/Linux expertise, AWS GovCloud experience, DoD cybersecurity and vulnerability management knowledge, and leadership or issue-resolution experience.

- Up to 25–50% travel, including occasional short-term travel to customer locations across the United States.
- Target salary range of $145,000–$250,000 per year.
- Requires an active Secret clearance or eligibility for a U.S. Government security clearance.
