Base Salary
$85k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build the Entra Admin Center for identity and access administration.
- Create secure, intuitive, accessible, and AI-powered administration experiences for enterprise customers.
- Lead frontend engineering standards and shared UX libraries across Entra.
- Build and operate scalable cloud services and user experiences.
- Develop reusable components and AI-first capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, designers, product managers, and Microsoft teams to deliver features and platform improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline with coding experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of technical engineering experience, a related master’s degree with coding experience, or equivalent experience.
- Coding experience with languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Rust, or Python.
- Experience designing, coding, and troubleshooting cloud-based software.
- Experience with query languages and tools such as Kusto.
- Preferred proficiency in backend technologies, cloud-based architectures, large-scale distributed systems, and AI/ML.
- Ability to meet Microsoft and applicable customer or government security screening requirements.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, willingness to learn quickly, and ability to work in new or ambiguous situations.
Benefits
- Typical U.S. base pay range is $85,400–$168,100 per year, with a separate range for the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
- The position is open for a minimum of 5 days and accepts applications on an ongoing basis until filled.
