Base Salary

$102k - $219k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Deliver user experiences and scalable cloud services in partnership with architects, designers, and product managers.
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain secure, reliable, and high-performing applications.
  • Build intuitive and accessible user interfaces that simplify customer workflows.
  • Drive engineering excellence through AI-first development practices and reusable components.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver new capabilities and customer value.
  • Provide technical leadership across the service stack, release cycles, and cross-organizational initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field and 2+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience coding with languages and technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and C# or Python.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
  • Preferred: 3+ years designing, coding, and troubleshooting cloud-based software.
  • Preferred: 3+ years of proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, C#, and other web-based technologies.
  • Preferred: experience with query languages and tools such as Kusto.
  • Preferred: proficiency in backend technologies and cloud-based architectures for large-scale distributed systems.
  • Preferred: AI/ML experience and strong collaboration, communication, learning, and problem-solving skills.

  • Base pay is listed for U.S. locations, with a separate range for the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area.
  • The position may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
  • The role requires passing the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire or transfer and every two years thereafter.
