Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve efficient, reusable, and reliable data pipelines and application code.
- Gather requirements from US business teams and deliver efficient solutions through the enterprise data platform.
- Use Python and PySpark to perform data transformations.
- Identify issues, develop solutions, and improve application performance and quality.
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automation while complying with corporate quality policies and training requirements.
- Continuously expand technical and domain knowledge through research.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Python programming experience, including data transformations with PySpark.
- Knowledge of SQL queries, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Blob Storage, and AWS.
- Understanding of business processes and data used in data transformations.
- Experience with Python libraries and willingness to learn and use new libraries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CDW in the US pharmaceutical market is strongly preferred.
- Experience implementing or supporting HCP and HCO data management and Master Data Management in the US pharmaceutical market is preferred.
