Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
- Deploy and manage application infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles and version-controlled configurations.
- Implement monitoring and observability solutions, including Grafana Cloud, to optimize platform availability, scalability, and performance.
- Adopt DevSecOps practices and implement security controls and infrastructure hardening across development and deployment lifecycles.
- Collaborate with architects and developers globally to translate product strategies and business requirements into development tasks.
- Track emerging technologies, maintain clear documentation, and provide technical mentorship to engineering colleagues.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in the software development lifecycle, preferably in a multinational or healthcare corporate environment.
- A technical degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience with source code management tools such as GitLab, GitHub, or Bitbucket and with configuring automated deployment pipelines.
- Practical knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Vault, or Consul.
- Experience with containers or Kubernetes environments.
- Understanding of centralized observability and monitoring systems such as Grafana Cloud, Splunk, or LogicMonitor.
- Effective oral and written English communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple time zones.

- The Warsaw Grafit base salary range is 170,100.00 PLN–315,900.00 PLN, with potential eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus targeted at 15%.
