Base Salary
$320k - $485k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build investigation, review, and enforcement tooling for first-party and third-party platforms.
- Develop reusable APIs, data storage, and backend services for quick and safe review workflows.
- Scale review processes through automation, integrating Claude into review workflows.
- Collaborate with policy, operations, legal, privacy, and data science teams to design effective systems.
- Implement necessary guardrails for sensitive internal tools, including permissions and audit trails.
- Instrument tools to track metrics on queue health, reviewer throughput, and decision quality.
Requirements
- Technical background in full-stack or platform engineering.
- Experience shipping internal tools with demanding operational users.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with non-engineering partners.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
