Responsibilities
- Own QA for AI-powered SaaS features from requirements review through release validation.
- Design and execute test plans for workflows involving vulnerability detection and AI-assisted recommendations.
- Perform functional, regression, exploratory, API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Investigate issues across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and AI workflows.
- Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and risk.
- Identify edge cases and customer-impacting defects.
- Build and maintain automated tests for critical user journeys and APIs.
- Improve test coverage and release readiness.
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to clarify requirements.
- Document defects clearly with technical context.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in QA, quality engineering, or software testing for SaaS products.
- Strong problem-solving ability and curiosity about system functionality.
- Experience testing modern web applications, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Solid understanding of test planning and defect management.
- Experience with automation tools like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Ability to write scripts or automated tests in Python or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, Docker, and CI/CD workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot ambiguous behavior.
- Clear communication skills for documenting issues.
