Responsibilities
- Own the regional technical sales strategy for AI and agentic workloads across Greater China, Korea, and Japan.
- Lead complex customer engagements with CXOs, CTOs, and AI leaders to design secure, observable, flexible agentic systems.
- Manage, coach, and develop regional Solutions Engineers, Architects, managers, and senior technical staff.
- Drive technical events, workshops, proof-of-concept programs, pipeline development, win rates, and multi-year deals.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Experience, partners, Marketing, and the APJC AI practice to align customer feedback with product direction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience, or master’s degree and 8 years, or PhD and 5 years.
- At least 2 years of people leadership experience.
- Strong technical depth in AI infrastructure, networking, security, and observability.
- Ability to lead teams across cultures and geographies and engage effectively in executive and architecture settings.
- Understanding of agentic-system opportunities and risks, with the ability to translate them into trusted customer outcomes.
