Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance scalable custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Design and implement scalable software architectures and optimize software performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on technical decisions.
- Lead project activity coordination to support timely delivery of software components.
- Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Evaluate and improve development processes, team productivity, and software quality.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills for analyzing complex systems.
- Familiarity with modern software frameworks and agile development methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage technical discussions.
- Experience optimizing software performance and ensuring maintainability.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
