Base Salary
$203k - $274k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive customer, business, and technology outcomes by identifying and executing key opportunities across the organization.
- Contribute hands-on code, architecture decisions, and significant technology initiatives from start to finish.
- Partner with customers and cross-functional stakeholders to understand behavior and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Design and implement robust, scalable, secure, highly available, and high-performing software systems.
- Apply AI technologies to customer problems and understand their value, limitations, and evaluation approaches.
- Contribute beyond the primary area of ownership in a boundaryless, collaborative environment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience developing systems or software for large business environments.
- 7+ years of experience designing complex distributed systems, management products, or business applications.
- Full-stack development experience using AI technologies and tools for user experiences or backend solutions.
- At least 1 year of experience working on teams that built AI-native applications.
- Experience with SageMaker, Vert.x, LangChain, large language models, prompt engineering, DialogFlow, and Python.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Java, and Spring.
- Experience in a cloud computing environment such as AWS or GCP is highly desired.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related area.
- Experience using Code Assist tools such as Claude, including developing custom plugins or applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment and partner with numerous stakeholders.
